What is an encoder?

Each encoder allow you to encode one video at a time and has its own CPU core for processing. The more encoders you have, the more simultaneous jobs you will be able to process, and the faster you queue of encoding jobs will be processed.
Do you offer an SLA?

We guarantee 99.9% uptime. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) entitles you to receive free service if we fail to meet our promise. Of course, 100% uptime is our goal and we take stability seriously. For the full details, please see the Terms and Conditions.
Can I change my number of encoders at any time?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade to a different number of encoders at any time.
How much will it cost to encode my videos?

You can use your encoders to their full potential, no additional costs are incurred. Downgrades gives you a credit on the pro-rata of the time left until the next billing cycle.
Is there a contract commitment?

You can cancel at any time there are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month but you won't be billed again.
